We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Western Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing high-quality Western cuisine while maintaining excellent food quality, hygiene, and kitchen organization. Responsibilities Prepare and cook Western dishes according to recipes and standards. Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control. Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs. Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service hours. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in a Western kitchen (more experience is an advantage). Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude, responsible, and hardworking. Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
