Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes social media. You will create engaging content for our brand across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms and yes, you must be comfortable being on camera! From skits and product reviews to trending challenges, you will be the face and creative force behind our content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, shoot, and appear in video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other platforms
• Present products confidently on camera - reviews, tutorials, skits, and trending content
• Ideate and plan content aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and monthly content calendar
• Stay on top of viral trends, sounds, and formats and adapt them quickly for the brand
• Write captions, hooks, and scripts that drive engagement and conversion
• Collaborate with the marketing team, videographer, and live host on content production
• Monitor content performance (views, engagement, CTR) and improve based on data
• Support live selling sessions on TikTok Shop when needed

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience creating social media content (personal or professional - portfolio/TikTok account required)
• Confident, natural, and engaging in front of the camera
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social media algorithms and trends
• Creative storyteller with strong sense of humour and relatability
• Basic video shooting and editing skills (CapCut or similar)
• Energetic, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
