Location: Subang Hi-Tech Industrial Park, Subang Jaya (CD Hub)
Employment Type: 12-month 3rd Party Contract
Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500
Benefits: RM350 Shift Allowance + KPI Incentives up to RM2,500/month

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate fibre installation and troubleshooting appointments.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and support tickets.
• Liaise with installers and service partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Provide basic post-installation technical support.
• Ensure service delivery meets SLA and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM with 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in customer service or back-office support.
• IT/networking/software/hardware knowledge is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate with customers via calls and WhatsApp.
• Experience in the telco industry (e.g. Maxis, Unifi, or CelcomDigi) is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Technically savvy, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Working Hours

• 5-day work week (including weekends and public holidays).
• Rotating shifts: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Fully work from office (No WFH).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per hour
