Delima Kinta Sdn Bhd is an authorized Honda 4S Centre providing sales, service, parts, body & paint, and insurance services. Established since 2003, the company has been recognized as one of the Top Performing Honda Dealers in West Malaysia.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and market growth
• Develop sales strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and overall department targets
• Drive market penetration for new models, promotions, and sales campaigns
• Coach, train, and mentor the sales team to improve performance
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management / automotive sales / related industry preferred
• Diploma, Degree, or relevant qualification / strong industry experience will be considered
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and sales management skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Experience in automotive industry will be an added advantage
• Willing to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Working Hours:

• 5.5 – 6 working days per week (depending on outlet requirements)
• Around 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (depending on outlet)

Location: Ipoh & Taiping, Perak

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
