Join KotaSAS Sdn Bhd and be part of the team driving the development of #KotaSAS – Bandar Baru Kuantan.

• Coordinate with consultants during the design stage of infrastructure and development projects.
• Review and monitor design submissions from consultants and coordinate with the project team.
• Support feasibility studies and planning approval processes for new developments.
• Liaise with local authorities and government agencies for submissions and approvals.
• Resolve civil engineering and site coordination issues during construction.
• Prepare documentation, reports, correspondence, and project updates.
• Support business development initiatives related to new infrastructure projects.
  

• Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Civil Engineering (Infrastructure) or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in township development, infrastructure projects, or consultancy.
• Experience in feasibility studies, planning submissions, and authority liaison.
• Consultancy experience is an added advantage.
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge and experience in AutoCAD drafting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
