Role Description The Production Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Rawang. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets. The role includes managing production schedules, overseeing workflow on the shop floor, and ensuring efficient use of materials, equipment, and labor. The Production Executive will work closely with quality control and food technology teams to comply with industry standards and ESG requirements. Additional responsibilities include preparing production reports, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Have production planning and production management skills, with experience in coordinating daily manufacturing operations.
• Experience with quality control practices, standards, and documentation within a manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with production teams, management, and cross-functional departments.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Food Science, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Rawang, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic proficiency in production reporting tools and familiarity with safety regulations and workplace best practices.
