You will be involved in planning and executing car roadshows, automotive events, brand activations and on-ground experiences, ensuring smooth operations from setup to execution while coordinating logistics, supporting event flow and working closely with the team and partners to connect the Malaysian automotive community through impactful real-world experiences. You'll have no problem communicating with vendors and event crews in English and Mandarin when required. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of roadshows, exhibitions and events.
• Communicate and liaise with vendors, venues and event crews in English and Mandarin where required
• Assist with event setup and dismantling, including event equipment and materials.
• Conduct site recce and prepare basic site reports when required.
• Ensure compliance with event SOPs, safety guidelines and venue or mall regulations.
• Manage event logistics, inventory and storage of event assets.
• Coordinate the transportation, loading and unloading of event materials.
• Brief and coordinate part-time staff and event crews.
• Provide hands-on on-site support and resolve operational issues during events.
• Drive and position display vehicles during event setup and dismantling when required.
