Full Time HUMAN RESOURCE Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,800 in Relive Pharmacy (Puncak Alam) Puncak Alam - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding of pharmacy staff
• Prepare HR documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, confirmations, renewals, and resignation letters
• Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, attendance, and leave management
• Coordinate payroll matters including allowances, overtime, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
• Ensure compliance with Malaysia Employment Act, labour regulations, and company HR policies
• Manage staff benefits, disciplinary matters, and employee relations issues
• Support performance appraisal, KPI tracking, and staff training coordination
• Assist in manpower planning and staff scheduling with pharmacy operations team
• Update and implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines
• Support HR documentation for audit, inspection, and management reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
