Role Summary

B/SKIN is looking for a digitally native, relationship-driven Affiliate Content Associate to run the day-to-day of our affiliate program and keep our social presence fresh, current, and always-on. This is a hands-on, dual-scope role: half relationship management, half content instinct — ideal for someone who loves chatting with people as much as they love scrolling for the next content trend, and who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

Scope 1 — Affiliate Program Management

Own the day-to-day running of B/SKIN's affiliate program, building genuine, personal relationships with affiliates across WhatsApp and eComms channels.

• Reply promptly and personably to affiliate enquiries via WhatsApp and other eComms channels
• Build and maintain warm, ongoing relationships with existing affiliates to drive loyalty and retention
• Actively recruit new affiliates to grow the affiliate community
• Support affiliate onboarding and troubleshoot day-to-day account issues
• Encourage and coordinate affiliates to create UGC content featuring B/SKIN products
• Monitor affiliate activity and follow up proactively to drive referral sales

Scope 2 — Content Creation & Social Media Management

Create and execute content for B/SKIN's social media — bringing ideas to the table within direction set by the Marketing Lead, and keeping our channels active day to day.

• Suggest and help develop content for B/SKIN's social media and ad creatives, within direction set by the Marketing Lead 
• Schedule and publish social content according to the content calendar
• Handle day-to-day posting and community engagement on B/SKIN's social media accounts
• Travel to Singapore as needed to help capture footage for events and campaigns, including interviews with founder
• Reach out to affiliates to encourage and coordinate more UGC creation

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of new affiliates recruited per month
• Affiliate engagement levels (response time, activity, retention)
• Referral sales generated through the affiliate program
• Volume and consistency of social content published
• Social media engagement growth (followers, likes, comments, shares)
• Volume of affiliate-generated UGC secured

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing; D2C or beauty/skincare experience a plus
• Digitally native — deeply familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and current social/content trends
• Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable building and sustaining relationships over WhatsApp
• A sharp creative eye for content and trends, with some hands-on editing skills (Canva, Capcut, etc)
• Willing and able to travel to Singapore as needed
• Organized and self-driven, comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking startup environment

Good to Have

• Prior experience with UpPromote, Shopify, or other affiliate marketing platforms
• Basic photography or videography skills for content capture
