Job Purpose

Provide end-to-end system support and technical expertise for existing and new full-stack web applications, including application enhancement, process automation, and translating business requirements into effective system solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.
• Manage backend infrastructure with Docker and AWS.
• Design and integrate RPA and AI-driven automation solutions.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for Sage X3 and Exact ERP systems.
• Optimize database operations and application performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement efficient, reliable solutions.
• Collaborate with the Lead Software Engineer/ERP Manager/ Group CFO to update and optimize web-based tools and systems.
• Log and track support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Maintain documentation of support activities, ERP configurations, and business processes.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards while performing technical tasks.
• Report and mitigate any potential risks related to system operations and processes.
• Assist in training end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering.
• Relevant experiences in web development, RPA and AI driven automation technologies.
• Minimum 5 years of strong programming experiences and skills in front-end and back-end technologies like HTML, CSS, Node.js, Next.js, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, MongoDB and SQL.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Sage X3 and Exact, including basic setup and troubleshooting.
• Experience in Docker Containerization and AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc) or any cloud service providers.
• Experience in Robotic Process Automation -RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere.
• AI/ML Integration (via APIs or services)
