Oversee daily site operation and closely monitor site worker performance
Set “site” goals, oversee, and ensure projects to on-time project completion and optimize cost, i.e. to drive spending and cost reduction.
Keep accurate records of employee attendance (times card) and submit to the management on-time for wages payment
Record and report daily activities including work in progress, i.e. material and manpower consumption reports
Provide for site safety and security. Adhere to site Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and policies by the company.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the site systems and equipment.
Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedure; report to management immediately, prepare and file accident reports to respective authority immediately when deem necessary.
Ensure compliance with company or government regulation to avoid job disruption at site
Work closely and communicate with other vendors or partners at site to avoid site complication.
Manage and lead the worker at site, to coordinate work on site in sequence, controlling time and quality
Plan out daily and weekly activities to ensure usage of manpower, materials, equipment, and machine.
Requirements
Diploma in Construction Management, M&E Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience supervising construction site operations.
Knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, etc are preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
Possess own transportation and ability to relocate as when needed for short assignment
Able to work irregular hours and work under pressure.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
