Job Summary:

The CSR Intern will support the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) STEM Kit programme at Pusat Sains Negara (PSN). This role is primarily based at PSN on weekdays, with occasional reporting to the Company’s HQ office for coordination, meetings, or administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

CSR Programme & On-Site Support

• Provide on-site support for CSR STEM Kit activities at Pusat Sains Negara (PSN).
• Assist in the preparation, packing, setup, and distribution of STEM Kits.
• Support STEM-related programmes, workshops, exhibitions, or educational activities conducted at PSN

Coordination & Logistics

• Coordinate with internal CSR teams and PSN personnel to ensure smooth programme execution.
• Support logistics arrangements for STEM Kits and materials between PSN and HQ when required.
• Ensure materials are properly stored, tracked, and maintained at PSN.

Administrative & Documentation Support

• Maintain basic records related to CSR activities, including inventory, attendance, and programme logs.
• Assist in preparing simple reports, photos, and documentation for internal CSR reporting and stakeholder updates.

General Support

• Perform ad-hoc tasks related to CSR initiatives as assigned.
• Comply with safety, operational, and conduct guidelines at PSN and HQ.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in: Social Sciences, Education, Science, Engineering, Sustainability, Business, or related fields.
• Strong interest in CSR initiatives, STEM education, or community engagement.
• Able to be based at Pusat Sains Negara (PSN) for most weekdays, with flexibility to attend the HQ office in Seri Kembangan occasionally when required.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, organised, and comfortable with hands-on operational work.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
