WFH LOGISTICS ADMIN (WEEKEND SUPPORT - PM SHIFT) 

Perm

Tampines (Near IKEA)

*OFFICE Wed - Fri - 3pm to 11pm

*WFH Sat & Sun - 10am to 7pm

Basic $3,000 - $4,300 / month

Job Scope:

Process shipping documents and monitor shipment status & POD
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with internal and external stakeholders
Handle damaged shipment claims and supplier invoice matters
Ensure compliance with shipping, customs, and trade regulations
Prepare shipment reports and support ad hoc operational duties

️ Requirements

Prior experience in logistics, shipping, customer service, or administrative support will be an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
