Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Quality Management System (QMS) Executive to lead the establishment, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Company’s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

This role requires a highly organized individual who is confident in engaging with employees at all levels, capable of driving tasks to completion, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
• Act as the main internal coordinator between the Company, ISO consultant, Certification Body, and all departments.
• Develop, review, and maintain QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.
• Manage the Company’s document control system and ensure all controlled documents are properly maintained.
• Work closely with department heads to develop process maps, SOPs, risk assessments, quality objectives, and KPIs.
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in internal audits, including monitoring corrective actions and continual improvement activities.
• Organize Management Review Meetings and prepare related reports and documentation.
• Conduct ISO awareness training and promote quality culture throughout the organization.
• Coordinate external certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.
• Monitor implementation progress and follow up with departments to ensure agreed actions are completed within the required timeline.
• Prepare reports and updates for Management on the progress of the QMS implementation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001, QA/QC, or related functions.
• Exposure to ISO 9001:2015 documentation, implementation, internal audit, or document control will be an added advantage.
• Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Possesses good analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Is willing to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
