Job Summary

Fast hiring Manufacturing Technicians for a manufacturing company in Shah Alam.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates or junior candidates who are interested in building a hands-on technical career in manufacturing, production, machine operation, metal stamping, tooling, die maintenance, product inspection, and workshop support.

Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing and production activities.
• Assist in machine operation, production preparation, and daily output achievement.
• Perform product checking, visual inspection, and basic quality checking.
• Assist in metal stamping production, die setting, die maintenance, and tooling support.
• Support basic workshop tasks such as grinding, fitting, tooling preparation, and repair support.
• Record daily production output, inspection findings, and basic reports.
• Ensure product packaging meets customer requirements.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Work closely with production, tooling, and engineering teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• SKM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Automotive, Electrical, Tool & Die, Machining, Welding, Industrial, or related technical field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in production, machine operation, metal stamping, tooling, die setting, machining, grinding, or manufacturing will have an added advantage.
• Comfortable with hands-on technical work and production floor environment.
• Able to perform visual inspection and product checking.
• Basic mathematics skills required.
• Able to work on 2 rotating shifts.
• Must have own transport.
• Positive attitude, fast learner, disciplined, and willing to learn.
