What you’ll do:
Leads RMA operations for equipments such as UPS, PDUs and batteries, and ensuring timely processing, proper troubleshooting, coordinated repairs if required, and quality assurance to deliver dependable customer support and system reliability
Manage end-to-end RMA processes, including receiving, logging, tracking, and dispatching returned equipment back to ASP warehouse
Work closely with ASP on managing RMA cases and technical issues
Receive, inspect, test, and diagnose returned equipment and parts to identify faults
Perform initial inspection, testing, and fault diagnosis of returned equipment with ASP.
Coordinate with ASP to carry out basic repair and replacement or with factory team for advanced repairs when necessary.
Ensure all repaired or replacement units are fully functional, tested, and meet quality standards before deployment.
Maintain proper documentation of RMA cases, including RCA, resolution status and closure reports
Monitor turnaround time and ensure timely processing of all RMA items
Proactively manage and maintain optimal spare parts inventory levels for related products
Ensure proper storage, handling, and maintenance (including recharging, if applicable) of UPS buffer stocks in the warehouse
Be available for on-call support and assist in field support activities outside regular working hours when required, including installation, startup, replacement, and troubleshooting of the related equipments.
Able to effectively communicate, engage, and coordinate with customers, distributors, contractors, ASP, and cross-functional teams to perform tasks (such as installation, startup, replacement, preventive maintenance), meet job requirements, and ensure successful and timely completion
Provide technical support of related products to customers, distributors and ASP.
Capable of handling ad-hoc tasks on short notice to support customers, distributors, ASP and related parties
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Maintaining personal and company work tooling, ensuring 100% availability.

Qualifications:
Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronic or similar Engineering degree or Diploma.
1-3 years experience in the area of electrical equipment such as UPS, batteries (VRLA, SLA, Lithium, etc.) and PDUs
Ability to assemble, evaluate, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, and appliances
Reads and interpret electrical or electronics diagrams of equipments such as UPS, PDUs, etc.
Troubleshoot system failure or errors and defining a work plan to rectify or repair
Operate with confidence electrical instrumentations which are multimeters, clamp meters, scope meters, insulation meters and resistance meters
Possesses knowledge of battery systems and the operational philosophy of single-phase UPS systems
Strong written and verbal proficiency in English
