Role and Responsibilities

• To ensure smooth day to day operation in the Dipping section.
• To co-ordinate with department supervisor if encountered problem of operation.
• To co-ordinate manpower distribution to ensure sufficient manpower is available for the day-to-day operation of each section.
• To co-ordinate between each section to ensure no disruption in the operation process.
• To ensure all section follow GMP, Cleanliness and good housekeeping.
• To minimize downtime, maximize operation and efficiency while ensuring high consistency on the quality of the product.
• To ensure proper process control and assist Production Supervisors to resolve process problems (dipping).
• To ensure that written procedures are effectively practised, implemented and recorded.
• To submit monthly report of department to his immediate superior.
• To carry out instructions as and when instructed by his superior.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing/Industrial Management or relevant field.
• Minimum 2–5 years working experience in glove manufacturing environment is added advantage.
• Exposure in production planning, process improvement, production monitoring, manpower management, quality and product control.
• Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practise (GMP), ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485 and 5s practise.
• Good integrity, networking, committed, independent, time management & problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to lead a diverse team / manage subordinates within the factory.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work in Ipoh.
