The Mission

To perform microbiological testing and support routine lab operations in line with ISO 17025 and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), ensuring data accuracy and safety.

About the Role

• Perform microbiological analyses for all required parameters as per Authorisation Letter issued
• Prepare media and reagents, maintain reference cultures and lab supply inventory
• Operate microbiology lab instruments and perform in-house intermediate equipment checks
• Register samples and test methods into the Laboratory IMS
• Prepare, scan, and upload reports/COAs in accordance with ISO 17025 requirements
• Maintain and update accurate records, test reports, and documents
• Keep lab areas clean, safe, and audit-ready
• Assist the Microbiologist in routine lab operations and field sampling when needed

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum Diploma in Microbiology or a related field from a recognised college/university
• Minimum Credit (Grade C) in Microbiology subjects
• Basic microbiology lab skills (laboratory safety, culturing and aseptic techniques, enumerating bacteria, identification)
• Good understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
• No prior experience required—entry-level friendly
• Willingness to familiarise with the lab's ISO 17025 Management System
