Junior Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales & Marketing Executive to support our sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will assist in generating leads, building customer relationships, promoting products/services, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct B2B and B2C sales and marketing activities to promote company products and services.
• Identify and engage potential customers through face-to-face sales, roadshows, and events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and individual customers.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers to achieve sales targets.
• Represent the company at roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Deliver product presentations and provide professional consultations to customers.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain a strong customer database.
• Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns effectively.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business growth.
• Consistently achieve individual and team sales performance goals.

Compensation Structure

• 100% performance-based remuneration
• Income is determined by individual sales and performance results
• No fixed basic salary provided

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
