IIR International is one of the nation's leading training provider specializing in NLP, Sales Psychology, Leadership & Team development. We have been in the industry for more than 15 years; training and inspiring thousands of people from 20 countries all over the world.

We are currently looking for suitable candidates to join and grow with our young & vibrant team as a Photographer / Videographer.

As our Videographer / Content Creator, your main role is to capture amazing moments (photos & videos) during our training programs and immediately produce impressive “highlights video” that will add value to the overall training experience and enhance our corporate brand. You will also be responsible to shoot, edit and produce high quality design, pictures & video contents to be utilized by our social media & digital marketing team to improve the company’s presence and marketing efficacy.

Be prepared to:

• Travel all over the country (and abroad) with the team to capture amazing moments during training programs.
• Conceptualize and execute video production / graphic design projects that effectively communicate and enhance the corporate brand.
• Study current trends in video & visual presentation methods in order to improve the company's presence, engagement and overall marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any relevant field.
• At least 2 years experience in photography & videography.
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Well versed in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects, CapCut, Acrobat Illustrator, Photoshop and / or other designing or editing software.
• Familiar with Online Broadcasting Systems & Live Streaming

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
