Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, covering Northern Malaysia. As a Sales Executive within our Plastic & Polymers division, you will drive business growth by managing and expanding client accounts, fostering long-term customer relationships, and uncovering new market opportunities.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal technical and commercial teams, analyze market trends, and deliver tailored solutions to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships
• Proficient in market research and data analysis to develop business strategies
• Time management, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge or experience in industries such as agriculture, chemicals, food, or polymers is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
• Willingness to work on-site in Penang and Northern Malaysia and travel as required
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
