XS is a licensed fast-growing Multi-Asset CFD Broker, looking to hire a dynamic Email Communications Officer to join our team of experts!

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end email marketing campaign execution.
• Plan, set up, and optimize email automation journeys and workflows.
• Maintain customer segmentation, contact lists, and email databases.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide analysis and actionable insights.
• Support A/B testing and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, CRM campaign management, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with email automation and CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with campaign setup, audience segmentation, and customer journey management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and performance analysis.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced environment.
