About the role

Tropicana Golf & Country Resort is seeking a professional and reliable Bus Driver to join our transport team. This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

1. Operating and maintaining resort buses in safe, clean, and excellent working condition

2. Transporting staff safely and punctually to designated destinations within and around the resort

3. Following all traffic regulations, speed limits, and safety protocols at all times

4. Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify maintenance issues

5. Maintaining accurate logs of routes, mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger numbers

6. Providing courteous and professional customer service to all passengers

7. Communicating effectively with resort management regarding transportation schedules and any operational issues

8. Ensuring the bus interior remains clean and presentable for passengers

9. Reporting any mechanical problems or accidents immediately to management

What we're looking for

1. Valid Commercial Driver's Licence (Class D or equivalent) with a clean driving record

2. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a professional bus or passenger vehicle driver

3. In-depth knowledge of traffic regulations and road safety standards in Malaysia

4. Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on passenger safety and comfort

5. Professional and courteous demeanour with strong interpersonal skills

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Good physical health and fitness to meet the demands of the role

8. Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to excellent attendance

9. Familiarity with the Petaling Jaya and Selangor areas is advantageous

10. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and ability to perform routine checks
