Education:

SPM with good credit in Mathematics

Skill:

Handling of Equipment:

• Tensile Machine

• Cure Press

• Curelastometer

• Oven

• Whip Tester

• Pressure Burst Tester

• Volumetric Tester

• Caliper, micrometer, taper gauge, thread gauge

In-coming / out-going material inspection

In process inspection

Experience:

• Not necessary as training will be provided

Training:

• System Requirement (IATF 16949:2016)

• 5S

• Use of QC equipment

Responsibility and Authority:

• To inform QC Supervisor or QC Engineer if any non - compliance / defect found in production line

• To conduct testing on all finished goods (dimension, appearance, destructive test)

• To understand and are able to use the equipment in QC room and conduct test / inspection using the equipment

• Conduct in coming parts inspection

• To check and verify incoming COA and incoming test data from supplier

• To perform any other duties (Other than stated above) instructed by QC Supervisor, Engineer or Manager

• Joint check on Part with customer
