We are recruiting on behalf of an established manufacturing company for an experienced Finance Manager / Head of Finance to lead the Finance & Treasury function. This is a strategic leadership role that partners closely with senior management to drive financial performance, strengthen governance, and support the company's continued growth.

• Lead and oversee the full Finance & Treasury function.

• Manage financial and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.

• Oversee treasury operations, banking facilities, and working capital management.

• Develop and implement effective financial controls, policies, and reporting procedures.

• Manage taxation, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance in accordance with MFRS/IFRS.

• Prepare timely financial reports for group consolidation and management decision-making.

• Evaluate the financial impact of operational initiatives, investments, and business expansion opportunities.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team to achieve operational excellence.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, or equivalent).

• Current MIA membership.

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.

• At least 2 years of audit, tax, or accounting firm experience.

• Recent leadership experience within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting (MFRS/IFRS), taxation, treasury, budgeting, and corporate governance.

• Experience in banking facilities, financing, cash flow management, and statutory compliance.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
