Job Description

We are seeking a Senior System Analyst with strong experience across enterprise applications, API integrations, data mapping, security controls, and cloud-connected systems. This role will bridge business and technical teams to analyse requirements, define functional and system solutions, document interface behaviour, and support delivery across complex enterprise platforms.

We are looking for a candidate who can work beyond standard BRD/FRD work and contribute to integration design, IAM/security requirements, data flows, and hybrid architecture alignment and hands on experience in Boomi or Muelsoft.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and validate business, functional, technical, and integration requirements.

• Translate requirements into BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, sequence flows, API/interface specs, and data mapping documents.

• Analyse current-state and future-state architecture across applications, databases, APIs, middleware, and cloud-connected systems.

• Define REST/SOAP API requirements, request/response structures, payload validations, transformation rules, and error-handling logic.

• Work closely with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure complete end-to-end solution design.

• Support identity and access management requirements including SSO, MFA, RBAC, user provisioning, and audit controls.

• Perform impact analysis for system changes across upstream/downstream applications and enterprise integrations.

• Support SIT, UAT, production release planning, defect triage, and post-implementation reviews.

• Ensure all documentation aligns with governance, compliance, audit, and security standards.

• Facilitate workshops with business, operations, security, and vendor teams.

Mandatory requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, IT, or related field.

• 5–8+ years as a System Analyst / Technical System Analyst / Business System Analyst

• Strong experience in MuleSoft or Boomi

• Strong experience in enterprise system analysis and stakeholder management.

• Hands-on experience with API and integration analysis:

o REST, SOAP

o JSON, XML

o Swagger / OpenAPI

o Postman

o interface specifications

o field/data mapping

• Strong data skills:

o SQL

o relational data modelling

o source-to-target mapping

o data reconciliation

o data lineage awareness

• Experience supporting hybrid or cloud-connected applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Good understanding of IAM/security requirements:

o SSO

o MFA

o RBAC

o audit trails

o role matrix

o privileged access controls

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum and structured release environments.

• Strong documentation capability across BRD, FRD, SRS, API specs, process maps, test scenarios, and change requests.
