岗位职责
Provide hands-on technical support for the installation, setup, commissioning, buy-off, upgrading, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of sensor products at customer sites, both locally and overseas.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to customers on the proper operation, maintenance and application of sensor products.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and technical issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions within the required timeframe.
Work closely with customers, distributors, Headquarters, Sales personnel and internal teams to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of technical issues.
Prepare accurate service reports, technical feedback, quotations and updates on product performance, job progress and on-site activities for customers and Management.
Provide after-sales technical support to ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of installed sensor products.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers by providing professional and responsive technical support.
Identify potential sales opportunities, including product upgrades, system enhancements and process improvements, and communicate them to the relevant Sales personnel.
Perform ad hoc duties to support ongoing projects and other business requirements as assigned by the manager.
