About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Website & SEO Specialist to manage, optimize, and improve our company website performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing website traffic, improving search engine rankings, and enhancing user experience.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Manage and maintain company website (content updates, performance, and security)

2. Perform keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies

3. Optimize website content for search engines (on-page & off-page SEO)

4. Monitor website traffic, performance, and rankings using SEO tools

5. Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience

6. Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities

7. Manage Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools

8. Create and optimize landing pages to increase conversions

9. Work closely with marketing team on campaigns and content strategy

10. Ensure website follows best SEO practices and Google guidelines

What We're Looking For

1. Proven experience in SEO and website management

2. Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

3. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress preferred)

4. Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO

5. Ability to analyze data and generate reports

6. (Mandarin) writing and speaking is compulsory."We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

7. Good communication skills in English

8. Able to work independently and meet deadlines
