岗位职责
This crucial role involves managing procurement activities, strategic planning, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations within the poultry sector. The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities
Job Responsibilities:
Procure farm equipment, spare parts, drugs, and other necessary items as required by the farm periodically.
Issue Purchase Orders for Day-Old Chicks (DOC) based on the predetermined schedule.
Obtain quotations for items requested by the farm before placing orders.
Ensure timely receipt of goods.
Prepare feed reports.
Follow up on invoices and Delivery Orders (DO) from each farm executive.
Compile all documents and facilitate the transfer of Purchase Invoices, forwarding the complete documentation to the accounting department.
Conduct monthly stock takes.
Responsible for purchasing items for the processing plant in Lukut and Johor.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
Proven experience in purchasing, planning, or supply chain roles within the poultry industry.
In-depth knowledge of poultry product specifications and industry regulations.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
Proficient in utilizing industry-specific procurement and inventory management tools.
Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with industry-specific financial practices and trends is a plus.

Workdays: Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
