Join our team in a hands-on role where you’ll be directly involved in defect management, site coordination, and project execution across key developments. This is an excellent opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure—from construction through to handover—while working closely with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Defect Management & Handover

• Monitor and track defect rectification progress to ensure timely completion before handover deadlines

• Conduct site and unit inspections to identify and verify defects, ensuring accuracy and quality standards

• Coordinate with contractors, CRM, and internal teams to resolve defects efficiently

• Support handover activities by ensuring units meet completion standards and addressing purchaser feedback

Project Coordination & Execution

• Participate in project planning and execution from construction through completion

• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders on project-related matters

• Attend and facilitate site meetings, defect meetings, and client-consultant discussions

• Monitor construction progress and escalate issues where needed

Cost, Quality & Reporting

• Review variation orders (VO) and ensure cost implications are justified

• Prepare and submit progress reports for internal meetings

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with SOP, QMS, and ISO standards

• Highlight project risks or issues and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions

What You’ll Bring

• Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field

• Experience in construction, defect management, or project coordination within property development

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving site-related issues

• Ability to work independently on-site while collaborating with multiple teams

• Timely completion of defect rectification and handover milestones

• Accurate defect verification with minimal duplication

• High-quality units delivered with strong purchaser satisfaction

• Consistent and timely reporting to support project decisions
