Adecco's client is seeking an experienced Finance & HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of financial operations while providing essential support in HR functions. This is a key leadership role suited for someone who is highly hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of driving strong financial governance within the organization. While the role focuses primarily on finance, it also includes light HR responsibilities, mainly related to payroll administration and employee data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, bank reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle financial reporting, including management reports, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and implement internal controls and process improvements to strengthen financial governance.
- Monitor and manage company cash flow, treasury functions, and financial risk exposure.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
- Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW are advantageous (but not mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to both finance and basic HR tasks.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High integrity, professionalism, and strong sense of accountability.
Budget: RM 8,000 - RM 10,000
