About Us: CariCarz AutoMall is transforming the Malaysian pre-owned and consignment automotive market through digital innovation and premium platform services. As we scale our ecosystem, we are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage our showroom logistics, listing media preparation, and BI dashboard reporting. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Showroom Dynamic Operations: Oversee daily vehicle movements and spatial logistics across our 180,000 sq ft indoor facility to ensure the physical floor layout is highly optimized for weekend walk-in buyers.
- Marketing Media Coordination: Manage the vehicle digital asset onboarding lifecycle. Coordinate with external vendors for car detailing, detailing preparation, Puspakom inspections, and professional 360 photography to prep vehicles for digital marketing campaigns.
- Platform Ad Performance: Efficiently upload and launch digital car listings on the CariCarz live portal. Keep vehicle availability statuses, pricing trends, and product descriptions highly accurate across platforms.
- Hub Documentation Control: Oversee day-to-day asset governance by securely cataloging, organizing, and tracking physical car keys, grants, service records, and related vehicle paperwork.
- BI Dashboard Data Analysis: Monitor inventory turnaround velocities and compile stock health metrics into our team BI/data dashboard to provide actionable data insights directly to management.
Shift Schedule & Working Hours:
Because the weekend is the peak traffic window for car buying and customer collections, this role operates on a Showroom Shift Rotation (including weekends).

Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Automotive Technology, or any related field (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- Driving License (Mandatory): Must possess a valid Class D Driving License and feel highly confident driving and parking a wide range of vehicles (Sedans, SUVs, MPVs, and luxury Continental cars).
- Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy with a basic comfort level in using Google Sheets or basic data/BI dashboards.
- Language: Good verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Ability to speak basic Mandarin or local dialects is an added advantage when liaising with local vendors and logistics providers).
- Personality: Extremely detail-oriented, structured, and proactive. You enjoy a dynamic hybrid role that balances desk work with moving around a premium indoor showroom floor.
