Job Descriptions:
To support the Manager/Assistant Manager in managing project costs, contracts and procurement processes ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in compliance with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of cost estimates, budgets and tender documents
- Support tendering process including sourcing, evaluation and comparison of quotations
- Prepare and review contracts, subcontracts and related documentation
- Monitor project costs, variations and cash flow throughout project lifecycle
- Assist in valuation of progress claims and certification of payments
- Handle variation orders, cost analysis and final account preparation
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, consultants and internal teams
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all project-related cost and contracts
- Support in resolving contractual and commercial issues
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Basic knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Good analytical, communication and organizational skills

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
