Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining company documents and records.
Perform filing of physical and digital documents to ensure proper record management.
Support daily administrative tasks, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document compilation.
Assist in the purchasing process, including preparing Purchase Orders (PO), sourcing quotations, following up with suppliers, and maintaining purchasing records.
Ensure all administrative documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding documentation and purchasing requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resource, Accounting, or a related field.
Internship period of at least 3 months.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
