Human Resources Executive (Fresh Graduate)

Are you a recent graduate who is passionate about Human Resources and eager to build a career in HR? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions while learning from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees and prepare HR documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
• Assist in preparing employment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities, training programmes, and company events.
• Assist with HR administrative duties and ensure proper filing of documents.
• Respond to employee enquiries and provide administrative support to the HR department.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship experience in Human Resources or Administration will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
