Position: Senior Cost Engineer - Site Based

Job Description:

1. Carry out cost management and contract administration duties with minimal supervision and

timely manner.

2. Prepare documentation including Tender Document, BOQ, Tender Report, Pre-contract

correspondence, LOA and contract documents.

3. Validate the VO, claims, payment, final account from vendor and retrieve necessary approval.

4. Liaise closely and provide support to the procurement team as required.

5. Work closely with the other stakeholders (internal & external) and provide support as per

required.

6. Identify areas/aspects that could further enhance the efficiency of cost management

deliverables and highlight it to the relevant function.

7. Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of experience.
• Having knowledge in MEP is mandatory.
• Having knowledge across Cost Management deliverables including but not limited to: Cost

Estimates, Bills of Quantities, Value Engineering, Cost reporting, Procurement, Contract

Knowledge, Change Orders and Final Account close-out is an advantage.

• Proficient in MS office applications.
• Experience from data centre preferred

Pay: RM2,163.70 - RM8,141.42 per month
