What you'll be doing?

• Evaluate and negotiate on purchase of materials and services at the most competitive prices to achieve cost saving / avoidance for the company.


• Manage contracts renewal, termination, and formalization of new contracts via close liaison with stakeholders, suppliers and Group Legal.


• To ensure that contracts, remuneration and evaluation models are established and reflect healthy working partnership between F&N and suppliers / service provider to seek a good balance between price, quality, relationship and service.


• Manage supplier to ensure smooth supply of goods and service as well as minimize risks of supplies through development of multiple suppliers of critical / important materials or services.


• Monitor the performance of suppliers, transporters, service providers, etc. (e.g. non-conformance) and conduct vendor performance evaluation on yearly basis.


• Implements procurement strategies that are aligned with corporate strategies and stakeholder’s new initiatives, e.g. cost management, process improvement, etc.


• Ensure the indirect procurement processes are complied with Procurement’s Policy and SOP as well as Company Policy and continually striving to improve current process to drive efficiencies.


• Approve purchase orders in accordance with company’s chart of authority.


• To fulfil stakeholders’ requirements which not limited to fulfilment of product specification or satisfactory of service level but also budget and timeline given. Thus, this position is tasked to manage complex multi-party relationships between internal stakeholders (budget owners) and external vendors (agencies or suppliers) which will affect the overall business of company.


What we're looking for?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or other relevant fields.
  • At least 7 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
