Role Description The IB role at Managing Prestige Sdn. Bhd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Bestari Jaya. The role involves supporting and promoting the company’s training and development initiatives, engaging with clients and participants, and contributing to the planning and execution of programs. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating training sessions, preparing materials, assisting with communication and follow-ups, and gathering feedback to improve offerings. The IB will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, and help expand the company’s reach and impact.

• Candidates should possess adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Relevant experience in training, education, customer service, or a related field is beneficial, along with a diploma or degree in a related discipline.
• Comfort working on-site in Bestari Jaya and collaborating in a team-oriented, inclusive, and growth-focused culture is essential.
