About Pasaraya SAVE

Pasaraya SAVE is a rapidly growing Malaysian grocery retail chain with 50+ outlets operating 24 hours across Perak. As part of our continuous expansion, we are strengthening our IT Support operations and are seeking a hands-on, operationally strong IT Support Executive to ensure all systems across our outlets run optimally at all times.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support daily administrative operations across the company. This role requires the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and perform daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
• Handle data entry, maintain accurate records, and update company systems
• Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as required
• Coordinate with different departments to support operational needs
• Manage filing systems in an organized manner
• Monitor office supplies and handle procurement when necessary
• Handle emails professionally
• Support admin-related tasks such as documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
• Proven experience in administrative roles is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data
• Good communication skills
• Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
