岗位职责
- Ensuring that the composition of the industry meets the requirements for implementing the HACCP food safety system.
-Ensuring that the scope of work is achieved.
-Ensuring that the established HACCP plan is being met properly.
-Being the representative of the HACCP team in front of the management.
-Informing the management within the required time; costs and required personnel for achieving the HACCP plan.
-Carry out a hazard analysis to determine which hazards need to be controlled.
-Plan and implement processes necessary for the validation of control measures and/or combinations of control measures and to verify and improve the management system for food safety.
-Assess changes in the production process that have a negative effect on food safety.
-Make adjustments to keep the food safety system up to date and correct. Either by verification or validation.
-Management of training for staff in order to ensure that everyone has sufficient knowledge of the necessary food safety-related aspects.
-Determining and verifying the scope.
-Renew license quarterly / yearly.
-Renew vehicle road tax and insurance.
-Utilities ( water, electricity, unifi, phone, touch n'go & so on).
-Provide assist to the others department when necessary .
