• Act as a primary point of contact for customers
• Liaise with sales team on day to day sales related activities
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their service needs and regular customer visits.
• Liaise with team/customer to ensure allocation is fully utilized with the best mix of cargo/customers
• Data-based report building and presenting

Requirement

• Atleast 2-3 years of experience in a related field
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent work ethic and able to work independently or with minimal supervision
• Good command/ familiarity with web-based applications, Microsoft office applications & general computer knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
