Requirements
- Minimum education is Secondary School or higher
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the production field.
- Ability to read and write basic documents and instructions.
- Good physical health and stamina to perform production tasks.
- Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented.
Responsibility
- Operate and monitor food production machinery and equipment.
- Prepare and set up equipment for daily production runs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to maintain standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and timelines.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to meet food safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report them to the supervisor.
- Assist in training new employees on production procedures and safety protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
