Key Responsibilities1. Delivery & Fleet Coordination
- Track and update vehicle GPS locations in real time.
- Monitor fuel usage and prepare petrol claims.
- Ensure proper documentation for all deliveries, including invoices and delivery orders (DO).
- Coordinate with drivers and logistic teams to optimize delivery schedules.
2. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain and update delivery records, invoices, and customer receipts.
- Ensure proper filing of vehicle maintenance records, insurance, and road tax renewals.
- Prepare reports on fleet usage, fuel consumption, and delivery performance.
3. Customer Service & Communication
- Act as a point of contact for customers regarding delivery updates and complaints.
- Communicate with warehouse and sales teams to align logistics operations with business needs.
- Handle customer inquiries related to product deliveries and ensure prompt issue resolution.
4. Compliance & SOP Adherence
- Ensure drivers and staff follow SOPs, including proper attire (shoes/boots) and loading/unloading protocols.
- Monitor adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing warning letters and reports for non-compliance incidents.
5. Inventory & Crate Management
- Track and manage crate returns to prevent shortages and losses.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure accurate stock movement records.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
