Main role

• To do content editing based on the guidelines and refining of Malaysian Film Censorship Board (LPF) for IPTV VOD, ensure content received processed in accordance with the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and ensure the content is available before the deadline according to the 'Monthly Release Schedule' given by CA (Content Acquisition) team.

Area of responsibilities:

• Record and ingest content of audio/video using Final Cut Pro (FCP), AVID & DEFYPro System.
• QC (Quality Check) for all content received from CP (Content Provider) should it be accepted and meets broadcast standards in quality.
• Inform the supervisor if the content does not meet the quality standards of broadcasting.
• Export MOV or convert TS to AVI format for subtitiling process.
• Content editing based on the guidelines and refining of LPF before screened in IPTV VOD platform.
• FCP editing system (FINAL CUT PRO) or AVID LIQIUD will be used for the editing process.
• Transcode edited MOV / AVI content to Transport Stream (TS) format using ATEME encoder system format MOV / AVI format
• Prepare screener to be sent to LPF (Malaysian Film Censorship Board). i.e; MP4 or DVD format
• Process OAP (Online Airtime Promo) and trailers for VOD content
