AJ Speech & Occupational Therapy Centre is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team. We provide assessment and intervention services for children, & adolescents with communication, feeding, swallowing, learning, and vocational needs. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on clients' needs and goals.
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy interventions.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Prepare clinical reports, progress notes, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Educate and provide guidance to parents, caregivers, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists and other professionals to provide holistic client care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning.
- Assist in developing therapy materials, programmes, and clinical resources.
- Support vocational rehabilitation and community-based programmes where applicable.
- Participate in continuous professional development and centre initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Therapy, or equivalent.
- Eligible for professional registration with the relevant regulatory or professional body.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about working with children and individuals with diverse communication needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: RM3,100.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
