IT Project Manager (4–6 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end IT implementation projects and may be deployed to client projects depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IT implementation projects from initiation through deployment and post-production support.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including:

‣ Project Charter

‣ Project Management Plan

‣ Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

‣ Project Schedule

‣ RAID Log

Plan, monitor and control project scope, timeline, budget and quality.

Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate project activities.

Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning and production rollout.

Work closely with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Prepare executive project status reports and present updates to senior management.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

4–6 years of IT Project Management experience.

Experience managing approximately 3–6 end-to-end IT implementation projects, particularly involving system development and deployment.

Experience leading cross-functional teams of 5–20 members.

Experience managing medium to large-scale IT implementation projects

Hands-on experience delivering projects involving one or more of the following:

‣ Web Applications

‣ Mobile Applications

‣ Cloud Solutions

‣ System Integration

‣ Enterprise Applications

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project.

Experience preparing project management documentation such as Project Charter, Project Management Plan, WBS, Project Schedule and RAID Log.

Excellent stakeholder management and coordination with clients, vendors and internal teams.

Strong communication, client engagement and technical presentation skills.
