Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Receivable Executive to manage billing, invoicing, collections, and client account reconciliation. The successful candidate will ensure accurate invoice preparation, timely payment collection, and proper maintenance of billing records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly invoices with supporting documents to clients via email, hardcopy, or client portals.
• Monitor accounts receivable and actively follow up on outstanding payments, including collecting payments from clients professionally and effectively.
• Issue Statements of Account (SOA) and maintain debtor aging reports.
• Record incoming payments and prepare official receipts.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Verify billing calculations, contract rates, overtime, allowances, and deductions to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, receipts, credit notes, debit notes, and supporting documents.
• Assist in checking attendance records, payroll summaries, and claim calculations when required.
• Prepare and review monthly reports, including revenue and profitability analysis.
• Ensure all billing submissions and reports are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Credit Control, or a related role.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
