Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Security Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting door access and CCTV systems. This role requires expertise in cabling, installation works, and a commitment to ensuring the security and safety of our clients' facilities.

Job Description

Servicing and Maintenance:

• Perform regular maintenance checks on door access and CCTV systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components as needed.

Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose issues with door access and CCTV systems efficiently.
• Provide timely solutions to technical problems to minimize downtime.

Installation:

• Install door access control systems and CCTV cameras according to specifications.
• Ensure proper cabling and connectivity for all installed systems.

Training:

• Participate in user training to continuously improve technical and product knowledge

Requirement

• Minimum of 1-3 years of working experience in similar field
• Basic computing knowledge is required
• Positive work attitude, sense of responsibility, strong professional ethics, and performing work with due diligence
