JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage your shift’s team and ensure operational excellence of your daily shifts.
• Assist the Outlet Manager in ensuring operational excellence of the outlet.
• Coach ongoing performances of your team in each shift.
• Provide feedback and share ideas to improve the overall monthly sales of the outlet.
• Any other tasks to ensure operational excellence of the outlet.

REQUIREMENT

• Not more than 40 years old.
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to start work immediately.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Have experience working as a Supervisor, Shift Manager, or in a similar leadership role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
