Our clients operate in industries such as semiconductor, electronics, metal plating, chemical processing, plastic injection, rubber manufacturing, and wastewater treatment.

Job Vacancy: Site Supervisor

• Location: Klang Valley (Johor travel required when assigned to projects)

• Employment Type: Permanent

• Earliest Start Date: Immediate / Anytime

Key Requirements

• Responsible, committed, and able to work independently

• Diploma or Degree in C&S Engineering, M&E Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision, construction, renovation, factory projects, or project coordination

• Able to read and understand construction drawings and technical documents

• Familiar with site management processes and safety requirements

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites
  Willing to work overtime when required to meet project schedules

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers

  Monitor project progress and report site status to management

• ⁠

  Ensure site safety compliance and proper housekeeping practices

• Arrange and monitor delivery of materials, equipment, and manpower resources

• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors

• ⁠

  Assist in project planning, scheduling, and problem-solving on site

• Maintain proper site documentation, reports, and records

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within required quality standards

Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Overtime may be required depending on project schedules.
